Habiter Studio is a decidedly small and nimble team focusing on quality not quantity, allowing us to work closely with Client’s in a fulfilling way for us and most importantly the Client. We value engaging and listening to the unique desires of people who are embarking on a new and exciting project.

Dan is the founder and lead designer for Habiter Studio, he is architecturally trained, graduating with a Masters of Architecture (Hons 1) at the University of Newcastle in 2011. Dan has 10 years of experience in the industry, leading residential projects from concept design to construction within Australia as well as unique planning, design and documentation experience for a New Zealand residential property development firm. Dan loves family, adventure, being in nature, hiking and sightseeing, which drives his passion for others to experience that important connection to our natural world and each other. All his projects and designs draw on the natural landscape as well as the way people will engage with each other and place; these principals are a deep source of inspiration, guidance and approach within each habiter project.
