a new timber & steel-clad dwelling set on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Carlton River, Tasmania. The Client’s; warm, kind & creative, soon became friends and the design was born out of a conversation around connecting to nature, taking in the landscape, the spatial and communal quality of their favorite spaces, and desiring a connected home life with friends & family.
